Representative of Ł – KIT in the Advisory Team for Research Infrastructure of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education

      Professor Tomasz Dudziak, PhD DSc Eng from Łukasiewicz – Krakowski Instytut Technologiczny has been appointed by Minister Dariusz Wieczorek to the Advisory Team for Research Infrastructure Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego.

      The Research Infrastructure Support Team, operating within the framework of the Polish Science and Technology Fund, functions under the Act of April 30, 2010, on the Principles of Science Funding. Appointed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW), this body carries out its tasks in a circulatory manner.

      The advisory team is responsible for, among other things:

      – evaluating applications for funding the maintenance of scientific research

equipment and research facilities of exceptional national importance, as well as specialized IT infrastructure crucial for the implementation of scientific policy;

      – analyzing reports on the utilization of allocated funds and final reports presenting the results of conducted scientific research;

      – reviewing applications for changes in the terms of agreements for investment implementation under the Program and evaluating annual and final reports related to investment implementation;

      – providing opinions on other issues related to investment implementation;

      – evaluating applications for funding investments and maintaining scientific research equipment and research facilities.
