Researchers from Łukasiewicz – KIT selected for the ExchangeToTheUS program!
Two researchers from Łukasiewicz – Krakowski Instytut Technologiczny, professor Tomasz Dudziak and Jędrzej Piątek, PhD have been selected for the The Kosciuszko Foundation Exchange Program to the United States.
Jędrzej Piątek was awarded a fellowship at the University of Arkansas, where he will work on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) to synthesize photoelectrode materials, which will be further used in green hydrogen storage applications.
Tomasz Dudziak received the scholarship at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in Tennessee where he will implement the project titled “High temperature (HT) experiments on High Entropy Alloys (HEA) deposited by Pack Cementation (PC) coatings doped with Gd for Molten Salt Reactors (MSR) and Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) stations”.

ExchangeToTheUS is the program established by the The Kosciuszko Foundation enables Polish scholars to pursue research or artistic projects at US universities. The KF awards grants and fellowships that are worth over $600,000 to approximately 40 scholars every year and it shows the level of our success.
